What an extraordinary time in our lives. So much pain, So much hope. I must ask myself, in my small world what can I do to make things better. What about you?
This is such a classy suite. I can imagine all kinds of masculine birthday cards, father’s day cards, graduation cards etc. The touches of brass in the designer series paper makes this paper just stunning. I love the embossing folder too. For this card I borrowed the beautiful swirl from the Painted Poppies Bundle.
Measurements:
I used:
A very Vanilla Base 8 1/2 by 5 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/4, and a piece 3 1/2″ by 4 3/4″ for the inside
Then two pieces of Early Espresso 4 1/8″ by 5 3/8″, one for the inside and one for the front of the card
Two Pieces of Misty Moonlight 4″ by 5 1/4″

This is a lovely versatile suite of products and I know I will return to it often.
This suite of products promises loads of fun. Think about the possibilities with this suite of leaves. This is my first chance to play with these stamps and dies, and I am so pleased with the result.

I am struck by all the wonderful answers posted for my questions of the week. They lead me back to something I know is true. Being present, appreciating the moment, is critical. There is nothing we can do to change the past and we may be able to influence the future; but what we have complete control over is now! Appreciate what and who we have now. It’s a simple thought and yet it is so difficult to do.
We are often looking for what’s next, instead of what is right in front of us this minute. Don’t discard the opportunities to have an impact minute by minute. It can change the way you live your life, it has changed mine. I do strive, imperfectly, to live who I want to be day by day.
These bright and simple cards are super easy to make. The cards fall into the category of fast and beautiful. Make with a little Designer Series Paper, a sticker and a sentiment. The Flowers for Every Season cards and envelopes come coordinated, nothing could be easier!
I used:
The paper from Flowers for Every Season and
paper from the In Color DSP
The Flowers for every season Memories & More Cards and envelopes
Along with the Ribbon from the new In Colors for 2020
and finally the “a little note” stamp from Butterfly Gala
