Unfortunately, I need a sympathy Card. I just love this Dainty Delights die set. There are so many choices of how to use the set. This card is simple and I just love the flowers. I used a technique for splatters for this one using my blends, I am just not fond of backgrounds that are to plain. A kit for this card is available in the Kits To Go portion of my blog under Shoo With Me.

this is a sweet little card; i do love anything with birds. Since making this video I did add a few speckles to the eggs, a suggestion from my buddy Sandy Shipp. She was right it added a bit to the card. I also like the built in stand, it is easy and simple. This reminds me, despite all of the cold and snow this winter, spring is just around the corner. Boy am I ready.

The cards proposed for this months Paper Pumpkin were really pretty good. But as you know, I never use their suggestions. I really do like making the alternative projects and I always make full size cards. This month I made 6 cards and I used one of the designs for my teams SWAPS for January, very fun!
In addition to the Kit Materials I used: A

This is such a cute project. The idea came from Ann Melvin in the UK, she goes by the name Positively Papercraft and makes quite a few 3 D projects. I am a big fan, she is incredibly talented. These are gift card, money or check holders. The are quick to make and sure to get the attention of anyone receiving a gift in one of these little purses. For my craft show season the gift card holders especially those that are a bit different do pretty well. So I have vowed this year to come up with at least a dozen different designs that I haven’t seen out there. This is my first
