Expressions in Ink is a stunningly beautiful suite. This card was make using the Specialty Designer Paper and adding stamping to get a truly unique look. This was great fun, and I am looking for ward to making more cards with this wonderful paper.
Measurements and supplies for todays card:
I used a Basic White Base measuring 8 ½” by 5 ½” Scored and folded at 4 ¼”. Then die cut a piece for the inside. You will need a piece at least 3 ½” by 4 ½”
Next, 4 Pieces of the Expressions in Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper, first a piece cut 3 ¾” by 5” and a piece cut 4” by about 2 ¾”, 1 piece ½” by 2 5/8” and finally a small strip 1 ¼” by 2 5/8”
3 pieces of Mint Macaron, 2 pieces 4” by 5 ¼” and one piece 4” by 2 ¾”

Finally a Masculine card. I really do try to post one a month at least. These contour dies are really fun to use. The scalloped die used in conjunction with the stitched frame dies made this card special. I think the color combination here is striking, and a bit unexpected. I love the Shimmer Vellum Cardstock and the effect on the leaves for this card. The second bird is definitely more distinct and I do like it better.
Following are the Measurements and Supplies for today’s Scalloped Contours Friendship Masculine Card Card.
I used a Very Vanilla Base measuring 8 ½” by 5 ½” Scored and folded at 4 ¼” and a piece of scrap for the sentiment
Next 2 pieces of Crumb Cake 4’ BY 5 ¼” for layering on the inside and the outside of the card
Then ½ sheet of Evening Evergreen to cut the scallop border on the front and the angled piece on the inside
I used pieces of the In Color Shimmer Vellum Cardstock in Evening Evergreen and Pale Papaya to cut the leaves

This is such a fun fold, and with the curvy dies, easy as pie. I love different, and this one is just plain fun. With your decoration and detail on the belly band a pretty simple card to make. This was my first chance to play with the Peach suite and I love the flowers and greenery. Generally speaking I am not much for fruit stamps, but this one appeals to me.
This suite has so many possibilities. There is definitely a trick to stamping and then using the dies to cut out the images. These stamps are photopolymer and so a bit ‘stretchy’ they can be easily pulled “out of shape” making it more difficult for die cutting. Be careful loading these stamps on your blocks.
Following are the Measurements and Supplies for today’s Fun Fold Peach Suite Friend Card.
I used a Calypso Coral Base measuring 8 ½” by 5 ½” Scored and folded at 2 1/8” on each side
Then 2 additional pieces of Calypso Coral 1 piece 4 ¼” by 5 ½” and 1 piece 5 ½” by 4 1/8”
Next 3 Pieces of the “You’re a Peach Designer Series Paper”,
first a piece cut 3 ¾” by 5 1/4”,
a piece cut 9 ½” by 1 ½”,
and 1 piece ½” by 5”
A piece of Basic White cut 3 ¾” by 5” and a large piece of scrap to stamp the flowers peaches and sentiment.
