The Memories and More Card Pack at $10 is an amazing bargain. I think you can make 20 -30 cards just from the card pack alone. These card packs can really stretch your dollar! I made seven cards in this video and barely scratched the surface of possibilities.
In addition to the Memories and More Card Pack I used the following material:
I used Basic White Bases measuring 8 ½” by 5 ½” Scored and folded at 4 ¼”
Matching Cardstocks Highland Heather, Daffodil delight, Pale Papaya, Misty Moonlight, Basic Black, the new Ombre Specialty Paper
I used our double Oval Punch
and some of our new embellishments
all of the new material will be available on May 4, 2021 when the new Annual Catalog launches
This soft color tones, pretty little card is from Hand Penned coming out in the new Catalog on May 4, 2021. We get to make use of a punch for the flowers and the beautiful DSP does the heavy lifting. It makes me think of spring and summer coming.
Following are the Measurements and Supplies for today’s Hand Penned Feel Better Card:
I used a Basic White Base measuring 8 ½” by 5 ½” Scored and folded at 4 ¼”, and a piece 3 ¾” by 5” for the inside
Next some of the Hand Penned Designer Series Paper 1 piece 4’ by 5 ¼”, 1 piece 2” by 4”, 1 piece 2 ½” by 4 ½”, 1 piece ½” by 5”,
and finally some scrap to cut out the flowers
Soft Succulent 1 piece 4 ¾” by 2 ¾”
a piece of scrap to cut the leaves • So saffron 1 piece 4” by 5 ¼”
Welcome to the Ingenuity Inkers April 2021 Blog Hop featuring the Hydrangea Haven Bundle
Here is the card that I made using the Hydrangea Haven Bundle. The card has a cut-away on either side of the front panel that is 1/2″, and I used some of the spectacular Designer Series Paper for the backgrounds.
Here is the card from a side angle:
The white panel on the inside is decorated with a 3/4″ strip on the side and a few of the individual flowers and measures 3 3/4″ in width by 4″ in length. I love the pink, I used Rococo Rose, which is sadly retiring. The design of this card can be easily used with any flower that comes with a die or punch and matching DSP. My sentiment says “you make me smile”, but could be converted to a Happy Birthday or a Congratulations card. Here is a look at the inside.
As you can see there is plenty of room for writing a note to the recipient. Here is the video showing how to make the card
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today. Let me know if you have any questions. There is a separate post on my blog with all of the measurements and products used. They are also listed in the “Show More” section of the description under the video in You Tube.
