This lovely Stamp Set is from Sale-A-Bration and is free for a $100 order. I just love it. I used in Colors for this Treatment. So, Orchid Oasis, Sweet Sorbet and Parakeet Party. The colors are wonderful and I did double stamp each flower to get a darker representation. Because I used extra flowers this was a little fiddly. And I am very happy with the result. I used these cards for a SWAP for y Kindred Inkers group in North Denver.
Measurements and Supplies for Todays Beautifully Happy Feel Better Card:
I used an Orchid Oasis A2 Base 8 ½” by 5 ½”, scored and folded at 4 ¼”, and two small strips ¼” by 5 ¼”
I used two pieces of Basic White Card Stock 4” by 5 ¼”
This is one of those amazing cards where the paper does all the heavy lifting for us. This paper has a design at the top of the page and the bottom of the page. and when you cut your paper in 4″ strips and trim the tops to 5 1/4″ you get six panels like the front of this card to make cards. From there I just added the die cut sentiments, the butterflies and a bit of linen thread and voila you have a card that is really quite pretty.
Measurements and Supplies for Todays Regency Park Thanks Card:
I used a Rich Razzleberry A2 Base 8 ½” by5 ½”, scored and folded at 4 ¼”
I used a piece of Basic White Card Stock 4” by 5 ¼”
Also a piece of 12 by 12 Dainty flowers DSP 4” by 5 1/4
I used a small scrap of the DSP for the sentiment
And finally a piece of Rich Razzleberry also for the sentiment outline
I tried all kinds of versions of this one tone on tone for the navy card where the background is stamped in Navy and gives a very subtle background look Then I tried Soft Succulent for a background and put the die cut flowers and some in evening evergreen on the background. The third try is the one I finally used for a card class and the video it has the Night of Navy in the back and Night of Navy Leaves stamped on the Balmy Blue background piece the Soft Succulent was used as an accent color on this version. I liked this last version, I think, because it was just a bit brighter.
